• Pupkin Dubbel - 6.50% - Crisp with autumn flavors, but not pumpkiny. Tasty with no lingering aftertaste.

• Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel Stout - 6.9% - Smooth with nie bourbon barrel aging.

• Hawaiian GBS - 9.20% - Coconut and gingerbread. Yum!
• Maple Coffee Mexican Chocolate - 11.00% - Strong coffee with hints of cinnamon and maple.
• Peanut Butter Colonel Angus - 10.00% - Like a peanut butter silk pie from Shoney's.
• Piloerection - 10.10% - Wow...smooth, sweet, thick, hints of vanilla, macadamia nuts with a white coffee finish.
• Quad Mother of StoneFruit: White Chocolate Banana - 7.54% - This tastes like a fruit smoothie.
• Salted Caramel Colonel Angus - 10.50% - A salted caramel smoothie.

• Barrel Aged Shipwreck Porter - 12.0% - Smooth and creamy with a nice mild bourbon barrel aging.

• Bale - 13.5% - Incredibly smooth with chocolate and peanut butter.
• Juan De Bolas - 15.0% - Wow... thick and smooth with more than a hint of blueberries and coconut.
• Moonshield - 15.0% - OMG....smooth with raspberries and cocoa.
• Padrino - 15.0% - Smooth with bitter black coffee.

• Choco-leche - 8.00% - A really chocolatey stout..I mean like not-so-sweet chocolate candy.... yum.
• El Sputniko - 9.00% - Wow....Sputnik on cinnamon crack. Fantastic!

• Tweak - 17.5% - Wow...sweet nose and palate with hints of coffee and vanilla. Slightly boozy but a nice sipping dessert beer.

• High West Barrel Aged Victory at Sea (2018) - 12.0% - Smooth, thick, rich, nice BA but not to overpower the porter.
• Indra Kunindra - 7.0% - Curry nose, this thin stout has hints of Indian spices like Curry and cumin. I also taste a small hint of coconut and there is heat at end.

• Holy Mole - 9.0% - Chocolaty with cinnamon as it tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch in liquid form. YUM!

• Chewy Porter - 7.0% - Nice strong coffee flavor.

• Lug Tread - 5.2% - Smooth and sweet honey aftertaste.

• Black Note Stout (2016) - 11.2% - Smooth with mild barrel aging and a sweet nose.
• Cherry Stout - 7.0% - Slightly tart.

• Dean's Beans Coffee House Porter - 6.3% - Smooth easy drinking stout with strong coffee taste.

• Abbaye De Saint Bon-Chien (2013) - 11.0% - Smooth and sour with hints of cherry.

• Peppermint Stout - 6.6% - Mild mint taste, like drinking a (not so sweet) peppermint patty.

• The Archetype - 14.6% - Nose of spirits is strong. Wow... smooth, hint of booziness, rich with heavy molasses and raisins.
• Melange No 3 - 17.3% - Smooth with nice barrel aging, but not too boozy. Quite viscous.
• Melange No 14 - 13.4% - Wow...full of flavor, but not boozy..I taste a hint of coconut.
• Oude Tart - 8.0% - Smooth and sour.
• Smoking Wood Bourbon Barrel Aged (2014) - 14.0% - Smooth, chocolaty, smooth, rich, concentrated goodness. Really. Yum!
• So Happens It's Tuesday - 14.75 - Smooth with light bourbon.

• Hottenroth - 3.1% - Sour and mellow.

• Coniferous (2016) - 11.0% - Smooth and bourbon barrel aged. Vice viscosity.
• Echo Chamber (2016) - 10.0% - Smooth with a subtle hint of cherry while still showcasing the porter.
• Chunky - 12.0% - Smooth with hints of peanut butter while still letting the stout prevail.
• Chunky & Jelly (2016) - 10.0% - Wow...it tastes like I dipped my pb+j sandwich into a stout. Yum!

• Pomperipossa - 6.0% - Slight chocolate cherry taste. Very smooth. Also goes by brewery Omnipollo.

• Benevolence - 12.60% - Strong nose of raisins. Thick, slightly sour and heavy raisin and plum notes.

• Kriek 100% Lambic - 5.0% - Sour from the cassis or cherries.
• Saint Lamvinus (2014) - 5.0% - Just like an aged grape juice.
• Lou Pepe Framboise (2011) - 5.0% - Sour and VERY smooth. I taste berries, but dont actually taste the raspberries.

• Golden Delicious - 10.0% - Smooth and the brandy barrel aging is apparent.
• Pastry Dreams - 8.5% - Thin and a hint of sweet cherry, which is odd as I don't see cherry listed. It is not overly sweet.

• Blueberry (2014) - 8.19% - Slightly sweet from the blueberries.
• Figaro (2013) - 10.0% - Not as sour as the 2012 which is good.
• Vlad the Imp Aler (2011) - 10.91% - Oaky sour goodness.

• Headless Heron (2015) - 9.00% - Smooth and rich, but I don't actually taste pumpkin, but rather hints of coconut and mint (like a peppermint patty).
• Headless Heron (2016) - 8.50% - Quite smooth and tasty. To me, it tastes like a cross between yams and coconut.
• Rye Barrel Chocolate Porter (2019) - 12.0% - Think a roasty version of Nestle Qwik. This is not boozy not sweet. A slight bitter finish to balance it out.

• Here Be Monsters (BA 2021) - 15.1% - Double BA blackberry and whiskey. Smooth.

• Maduro Brown - 5.50% - Smooth vanilla taste.
• Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Brown Ale - 5.50% - Name describes it perfectly.

• Origin of Darkness W/ Chocolate & Pistachio Cannoli - 8.40% - Smooth, thick, rich, with nice chocolate and pistachio. This almost tastes like spumoni.

• Brotherly Love - aged in bourbon barrels.

• Marvoloso 2019: V05 - 12.6% - Smooth and rich like dark chocolate. Medium BA.
• Yoloroso - 11.5% - Smooth and rich and thick. Hint of almonds and prune.

• Serenata Notturna - 12.0% - Tart and fruity and quite smooth.

• Tres Blueberry Stout - 7.5%
• 20(th) Anniversary Ale - 9.3% - Malty and smooth with molasses undertones.

• Tiramisu - 12.50% - Medium bodies with chocolate and coffee. Smooth.

• Dosvidanya Rye Barrel (2017) - 12.5% - Viscous and sweet with a slight bitter finish.

• Extra Export Stout 2010 - 9.0% - Not the smoothest stout I've had as more carbonated than most, but full bodied and tons of flavor.

• Dirty Little Freak - 5.8% - Sweet and coconutty.
• For Pete's Sake! - 9.0% - A smooth and strong stout with lots of peanut butter.
• The PastryArchy Blueberry Maple - 8.5% - Thick stout with a sweetness from the maple and blueberries...think pancakes.
• Sweet Baby Jesus - 6.2% - To paint a picture...a Reese peanut butter cup just made sweet love to a Guinness. Not overly sweet.

• Bad Hombre - 6.20% - Medium bodied stout with hints of cinnamon and coffee but a kick in the throat with heat from the serano peppers.

• ABSOLUTELY, COMPLETELY, TOTALLY, EXTREMELY, AND UTTERLY NUTS - 13.2% - Malty nose...actually smells like the stuff in a hampster's cage...taste is smooth and malty. Wow....yum!
• Aun Mas Todo Jesus - 12.0% - Smooth stout with hints of cinnamon, coffee and chili.
• Aún Más Café Jesús - 12.0% - Rich and viscous with a smooth coffee flavor, yet bitter finish.
• Aún Más Aun Mas Chili Jesús - 12.0% - Smooth and smokey with a slight heat in the finish.
• Big Ass Money Stout 2 - 16.0% - Wow....smooth, viscous, rich, with a nice oatmeal finish. I don't taste money or hops, or any booze for that matter.
• Chocolate Raspberry Sacher - 12.0% - Not sweet with nice chocolate and raspberries.
• Cookies 'N Cream 'N Chocolate 'N Cookies - 12.0% - Chocolate nose. Smooth and easy drinking as it tastes like a melting ice cream sandwich.
• Cookies 'N Cream 'N Pumpkin Spice 'N Cappuccino - 12.0% - Sweet black coffee with pumpkin spice.
• Cuvee de Candy Bar - 13.0% - Smooth and creamy with hints of chocolate, peanut butter, and something starchy like cookies or cake. Slight bitterness balances it all out.
• Cuvee de Candy Bar (Royal Treatment) - 13.0% - Tastes like a liquified candy bar. Rich, smooth, sweet, chocolatey.
• Do You Like Coco Or Nutsack - 12.5% - Smooth and sweet with cocoa and heavy coconut. I'm drinking a Mounds bar.
• ET Stay(ED) Home 3 - Royal Treatment - 7.0% - Thick and fruity and doesn't even taste like a beer. I taste mango, lot of it and a hint of cherry.
• ET Stay(ED) Home 12 - Royal Treatment - 6.0% - Tart cherry and raspberry. Think jam.
• ET Stay(ED) Home 19 - 7.2% - Kinda subtle. Tastes like a Jamba juice with guava and pineapple and mango on the finish.
• ET Stay(ED) Home 20 - 7.2% - Tart raspberry jam with plums. Seriously dangerous as you can't taste the alcohol and it is good enough to put on vanilla ice cream.
• Even More Candy Bars Edition 3 (M&Ms) - 14.0% - Smooth, medium bodied and not really boozy. Sweet start to a slightly bitter finish with hints of chocolate.
• Even More Candy Bars Edition 4 (Kit Kat) - 14.4% - Where to begin. This is a liquified KitKat being creamy and chocolatey and malty. Holy shitballs it is good! Not too sweet ironically.
• Even More Grasp - 17.0% - Thick and rich and chocolatey and full of coffee.
• Exotic Banana Cinna'buns - 12.0% - This does not taste like 12% and is quite easy drinking. A bit thin with medium banana and light cinnamon. Think banana pancakes with cinnamon in the batter.
• Gingerbread Stout - 12.0% - Smooth and creamy with enough gingerbread to taste it, but doesn't overpower the stout.
• The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 3 - Released 12/17/20 - 14.0% - Wow...another Fuckballs beer. Thick and rich with lots of cinnamon and coconut. This is a truly awesome beer that is incredibly smooth!
• The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 4 - Released 01/07/21 - 13.0% - Thick and heavy prune with nice BA to make it smooth and spirity.
• The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 8 - Released 02/15/21 - 13.5% - Thick, rich and full of vanilla, molasses and coconut.
• The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 14 - Released 04/08/21 - 14.0% - Thick and rich and smooth with heavy cinnamon. Like a churro, but richer and cocoa on the finish.
• The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 15 - Released 04/08/21 - 14.0% - Thick and rich and very smooth with a hint of bananas and a heavy pour of cinnamon.
• Imperial Biscotti Break - 11.5% - The name says it all. Nice dessert beer.
• Imperial Biscotti Break Raspberry Umami - 11.5% - So smooth...nice raspberry start with a slight bitter finish.
• Imperial Biscotti Break Bourbon Maple Syrup Barrel Aged - 11.5% - Wow...semisweet, thick, rich, hint of maple syrup, hint of chocolate.
• Imperial Donut Break - 11.5% - TSmooth, and not uber sweet as i was expecting.....I'm not sure if there are donuts in it, but I uses it as my dessert nightcap. YUM!
• Michigan Maple Jesus - 12.0% - Seriously good. If you like any of the stouts from ET, this is still highly rich, with a nice maple finish, but not overly sweet.
• Sey Even More - 9.5% - A bit thin, but nice black coffee stout.
• WILD BANANA SPLIT STOUT - 12.5% - Another fuckballs beer. This tastes exactly like a chocolate covered banana. No booziness and quite smooth, rich and creamy.
• Wild Chocolate-Hazelnut Banana Split Spread - 11.9% - A chocolate covered banana with a little Nutella. Not very sweet and actually tastes quite natural.

• Fantôe Grimm - 8.0% - Smooth and sweet with an almost honey like aftertaste.

• G'Suffa! Oktoberfest Lager - 5.70% - Smooth and malty.

• Baker's Dozen - 13.00% - Smooth and rich with cinnamon, chocolate, and a bit of heat at the end.

• Eclipse - Apple Brandy (2017) - 11.9% - Smooth, rich, thick, with a hint of sweetness.
• Eclipse - Banana Fritter (2019) - 11.4% - Malty and dry with slight burntness and banana on the finish.
• Eclipse - Grand Cru (2017) - 11.9% - Smooth.....wow...CHOCOLATE

• BQE - 2015 BARREL AGED - 10% - Rich and smooth. Perfect!
• BQE - 2017 Salty Caramel - 10% - Smooth, salty, sweet, with a mild caramel finish.
• Churro For Sure Oh - 13.8% - Rich and chocolatey sweet with a lot of cinnamon. Bitter finish to even it out. Wow!
• Dark Entity - 6.0% - Smooth mocha taste for this porter.
• Double Sess(ion) - 4.8% - Quite complex with a predominant ginger taste.
• The Fire Dancer (Bourbon) - 13.0% - Slightly boozy, fully smooth. Lots of flavors but a smooth finish.
• The Hawk & Wale - 12% - Holy shit....this is serious yum! Rich, thick, dessert like, and 12 percent which you can't taste..
• Heinous - 12.0% - Thick and rich and smooth with heavy chocolate and hazelnut.
• Marshmallow Drip - 11.5% - Thick, smooth and creamy. Tastes like a boozy marshmallow.
• Natas - 8.0% - Smooth and creamy.
• Plumb and Proper - 6.3% - Tastes like sour plums. Yum!
• Rainbow Cookie - 10.2% - Strong almond nose and tastes like a rainbow cookie.

• Secret Stache Stout - 5.3% - Chocolatey..

• Parabola (2016) - 13.1% - Smooth, viscous, nice barrel aging, yet a bit boozy.

• Big Lushious (2014) - 7.8% - Stout brewed with chocolate and raspberries. Noticably better on tap.
• Blushing Monk (2015) - 9.2% - Sweet like Chambord.
• Breakfast Stout - 8.3% - Coffeelicous
• Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) - 10.6% - Smooth with robust oakyness and hints of bourbon and maple syrup.
• Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2017) - 11.7% - Smooth with robust oakyness and hints of bourbon and maple syrup.
• Curmudgeon Old Ale (2014) - 9.8% - Sweet like molasses.
• Frootwood - 8.0% - Smooth, fruity, oaky, viscous. This is good, but a bit sweet and syrupy.
• Imperial Stout - 10.5% - Strong stout.
• KBS Espresso - 12.0% - Smooth with nice coffee overtones. Not bitter.
• Lizard of Koz - 10.5% - Smooth, creamy and rich but a bit sweet. YUM.....tastes like a liquified blueberry tart.

• Ralphius (2016)- 15.1% - Smooth, viscous, nice barrel aging and quite rich.

• Abraxxxas Apple Lichtenhainer - 6.0% - Tart from the apple, light, and quite smokey.
• Abraxxxas - 6.0% - Light and quite smokey.

• Fruktrocket Fruktinger - Rhubarb Sour - 7.0% - Dry and yeasty with tart rhubarb.

• Bourbon County Barleywine - (2014) - 12.1% - Very smooth like a dessert beer.
• Bourbon County Barleywine - (2015) - 12.1% - Smooth and rich. Slight prune taste, but that is good!
• Bourbon County Cafe de Olla Stout (2019) - 13.5% - Black coffee that is bitter like dark chocolate. Smooth. Cinnamon comes through after letting it breathe a bit.
• Bourbon County Coffee Stout (2012) - VERY smooth with a distinct, not hidden, taste of espresso.
• Bourbon County Coffee Stout (2015) - 13.4% - Smooth coffee flavor. Simply perfect....for breakfast.
• Bourbon County Midnight Orange Stout (2018) - 15.2% - Remember those cheese chocolate oranges around the holiday...yeah, add booze to it and this is its child.
• Bourbon County Mon Cheri Stout (2019) - 14.1% - Rich with a hint of cherry to balance the bourbon.
• Bourbon County Northwoods Stout (2017) - 13.2% - Smooth with a hint of blueberry. Quite rich and thick.
• Bourbon County Reserve Stout (2018) - 15.2% - VERY smooth.
• Bourbon County Stout (2013) - 14.2% - VERY smooth with a distinct taste of bourbon. Don't be fooled, a 12oz bottle is TOO much as it is very rich.
• Bourbon County Vanilla Rye Stout (2014) - 13.6% - This is a bit sweeter and more mellow than the original BCBS. Very smooth and just a hint of vanilla.
• Brasserie Noir - 11.33% - Holy fuckballs....smooth, rich, creamy, full of molasses and slightly bitter.
• Brewhouse Cherry Stout - 11.0% - Boozy yet smooth with just a hint of cherry not to overpower the stout itself.
• Night Stalker - 11.7% - Smooth stout with a sweet finish. Very rich.

• 2013 Triton - 9.5% - Smooth and creamy with a sweet aftertaste. Not really boozy tasting, but packs quite a punch.

• Cinnamon Babka - 12.0% - Thick and rich with a nice cinnamon hue. Reminds me a bit of uBet syrup.
• Double Negative (Barrel Aged) (2015) - 10.0% - Slightly bitter, but oh so smooth. I don't really taste the barrel aging, but still tasty.
• Echoplex - 5.30% - Tastes like grapefruit juice.
• Noon Moon - 12.00% - Rich and thick and tastes like a chocolate covered banana.
• Waffling - 14.0% - A bit thin, but the flavor is all there. Slightly sweet start, with walnuts and maple, and a bitter finish.

• Barrel Aged Void of Light - 8.10%
• Barrel Aged Void of Light w/ Coconut and Cocoa Nibs - 7.90% - A bit viscous, very smooth and tastes like cocoa puffs.
• Boogie Down Brown - 4.40% - Hints of cocoa but not heavy like a stout.
• Earth Intruders - 10.30% - Smooth and roasty and slightly sweet with a nice strong, yet not bitter coffee overtone.

• Røyk Uten Ild(Smoke Without Fire) - 8.5% - Smooth and smokey.

• Benthic (2018) - 14.0% - Smooth and thick and rich with heavy molasses and a hint of coffee.
• Bourbon Barrel Big Hugs - 12.0% - Smooth and rich but not as thick as VIM. Black coffee is predominant and has a bitter finish.
• VIM - 11.0% - This is another 'holy fuck balls' beer. Thick, rich, and creamy with hints of whiskey, raisins, and fluff (mouthfeel). Not boozy at all.

• Bourbon Gingerbread (GBS) Stout (2020) - 11.5% - Wow... I thought the regular GBS was good. It's the same but has a hint of mint (think peppermint patty) and it is smooth with more than a hint of bourbon but not to overpower the stout.
• Christmas Morning (2020) - 9.2% - Thick with coffee and cinnamon like a bitter churro.
• Gingerbread (GBS) Stout (2020) - 9.2% - Medium bodied and tastes like a gingerbread cookie with all the messy crumbs. It is not very sweet, but not bitter either. Boozy finish..
• Raspberry Stout (2015) - 9.2% - Rich and creamy with hints of raspberries.

• UFO Big Squeeze Shandy - 4.5% - Like drinking a big glass of pink grapefruit juice.
• Winter Warmer - 5.9% - Not quite a pumpkin beer, but nice spice.

• Hitachino Nest Real Ginger Brew - 8.0% - Spicy from the ginger.

• Zure Van Tildonk (2013) No.1 - 6.0% - Smooth and mellowly sour.

• Mocha Pot De Creme (2019-3) - 12.0% - Smooth with hints of peanut butter, vanilla, coffee, and chocolate. Nom nom

• Smokin' Bishop - 7.0% - Smooth like honey, but not viscose like it. Clean smoky taste. Very refreshing.

• Peanut Butter & Jelly Barrel Aged Framinghammer - 10.0% - Rich and viscous and slightly sweet with a noticeable taste of peanut butter and jelly.

• La Parcela (2014) - 5.9% - Pumpkin flavor is nice, and not just pumpkin spices like most others. Quite tasty!
• Gratzer - 5.2% - Smokey and quite easy drinking.

• NY Chocolate Egg Cream Stout - 5.0% - Quite tasty and very chocolatey.

• Harvest Ale (Matured In Port Casks) (2016) - 11.50% - Smooth and sweet with heavy hints of stone fruit.

• Solitude - 9.5% - Kind of sweet, almost cherry or raspberry...stouty.

• Caramel Fudge Stout - 11.5% - Nose of oatmeal, and just a hint of caramel so as it's not too sweet. Very smooth!

• Chocolate Maple Doughball Destroyer - 10.0% - Smooth and rich and has a much more complex flavor and thicker than it's original base. Bitter cocoa nibs balance out the sweet maple.
• Demons on the Dance Floor - 11.0% - Smooth with heavy whiskey barrel aging.
• Light the Lightning - 9.0% - Rich and creamy with black coffee.
• Queen of Shadows - 9.7% - Smooth black coffee..chilled and adulterated.

• Köstritzer Schwarzbier - 4.8% - Smooth and full of fruity flavor almost like a jam, but missing body.

• Carnival Bake Sale - 8.5% - Slightly thick with smooth mouthfeel. Hints of cocoa, but that is about it. Better to savor with sipping than downing it.
• Stillest Hour - 11.0% - Silky smooth stout with a hint of peanuts.

• Liefmans Cuvée Brut- 6.0% - Sweet dark cherrie.

• Grave Robber Fraud Quad - 9.0%
• Lost Pumpkin Ale - 6.0% - Nice pumpkin flavor with a little spice.

• Quadrupel - 13.0% - Smooth.

• Fresh Fluff - 8.40% - Sweet nose. Thin but full of flavor and does taste like fluff.

• Blueberry Pancake Munchies - 7.00% - Name says it all. Slightly bitter finish, so perhaps the pancakes are slightly burnt.

• Cranberry Stout - 4.5% - Slightly sour from the cranberry, but sweet from the cacao.
• Navel Old Porter - 8.0% - Smooth.
• Old Smoked Bock- 6.5% - Smooth and tastes like caramel; would be good over icecream.

• Kilt Spinner - 7.7% - Smooth and oaky. A bit heavy.

• Beer Geek Breakfast - 7.5% - Smooth, creamy, with hints of coffee.
• Beer Geek Vanilla Maple Shake - 13.0% - Wow....smooth, thick with a punch of maple syrup.
• Brandy Barrel Aged X - 15.0% - Smoooooth....slightly thick with sweetness.
• Brunch on Wood - 10.9% - Smooth and thick with nice barrel aging and coffee. A bit syrupy.
• Finca LA - 10.0% - Nice body with a good balance of coffee to stout. Not bitter.
• Game of Thrones / Castle Black - 11.3% - Smooth and chocolatey.
• Traeblod - 11.0% - Thick maple stout with a hint of smoke.
• Yeeehhh - 13.0% - Thick and rich with a hint of coconut. Nice finish that isn't bitter but not overly sweet either.

• Imperial Stout (aged in Pinot Noir Barrels) - 10.2% - Smooth and oaky and slightly fruity.

• Sjaak - 14.0% - Thick barrel aged stout with notes of brandy and bourbon.

• Anubis - 9.2% - Smooth and honey tasting.

• Spectral Evidence 2014 - 12.0% - This is quite smooth and sweet and would be along the lines of BCBS.

• Methusalem Holunderheimer - 10.0% - Smooth and smokey.
• Methusalem Johannisburger - 10.0% - Smooth and sour with a nice currant taste.
• Viking Gose - 6.5% - Smokey and smooth.

• Blue Sunday Sour (2015) - 6.6% - Smooth, sour, and oaky. I don't taste the blueberries in particular.
• Dragon's Milk Reserve: Banana Coconut - 11.0% - Sweet nose. Thick and rich and smooth with heavy coconut forward and banana in the finish.
• Dragon's Milk Reserve: Orange Chocolate - 11.0% - Medium body that is creamy with a boozy orange undertone and bitter finish.
• Dragon's Milk Reserve: Raspberry Hibiscus - 11.0% - Heavy raspberries in this smooth medium bodied stout.

• Black Oyster Cult - 4.90% - Gose
• Hoptron's (Newtron Fusion) Smoked Gose - 4.00% - Nice smokey taste.
• The Newburgh Conspiricy - 12.0%

• Dynasty - 10.6% - Roasty and a hint of smoke. Slightly thin.

• OFS080 // COFFEE MILK STOUT // KWEZA BREWERY // RWANDA - 5.3% - Smooth with cocoa and roasty black coffee.

• SNAX! - 8.50% - Medium bodied and tastes like a not-so-sweet milk chocolate bar.

• Dino S'mores - 10.5% - Smooth and sweet.

• Agamemnon - 12.5% - Wow, smooth and maply, but not sweet...almost bitter like molasses.
• Aon High Altitude Dry & Wet Fermented Gesha Village Estate Coffee - 11.0% - Rich with a palate of cotton cand with a hint if coffee, but not that sweet.
• Gimbagagompa - 11.0% - Smooth and rich with a nuttiness. Malty with hints of granola and bitter coffee yet sweet finish.
• Hypnopompa Rum BA - 11.0% - Sweet and medium bodied with sweetness from the rum with a vanilla/marshmallow finish.
• Noa Pecan Mud Cake Stout - 11.0% - A well made stout with predominant cocoa flavor and a hit of peanut. Think slightly bitter Cocoa Puffs. Nice balance, and my hat tipped.
• Aon Pecan Mud Cake Stout - 11.0% - Thick with heavy molasses giving it a slight bitterness, but sweetness added by the pecans and the bourbon barrel aging. This is the barrel-aged Noa

• Death By Coconut (2015) - 6.5% - Smooth and coconutty.
• Ten Fidy - 10.5% - Smooth and creamy, but not too bitter.

• All Death Everything - 15.00% - Smooth and sweet with a pun h of marshmallow and a hint of maple and vanilla.
• Cane Life 2020 - Green Label - 14.00% - Another holy fuckballs beer. Rich and smooth with heavy coffee and coconut. Bitter finish to balance out the sweetness.
• Churro Cart - 14.30% - Smooth and thick and chocolatey.
• Smokescreens + Oilslicks - 11.00% - Smooth and smoky and creamy stout.
• Spumoni Dream - 12.50% - Tastes like drinking the remaining melted spumoni once you are done eating it. Cherry is very subtle and a slight bitter finish to balance.
• We've Been Out Here In Orbit - 12.00% - Slightly bitter from the hops, but really smooth.

• Barrel Aged Blackberry Sour Ale - 5.0%
• Novo Coffee Stout (Nitro) - 5.7% - Like drinking a cold espresso for adults.

• Simple Sour - - Similar to a cider.

• Abraxas - 10.0% - Viscous, rich with chocolate and cinnamon and just a hint of chile.
• Abraxas (2019) - 11.5% - Smooth and creamy and thick. Cinnamon is predominant with hints of cocoa and a bit of heat.

• No Rules Vietnamese Porter (2016) - 15.0% - Smooth and creamy and viscous. Nose and finish of sweet molasses, yet middle of bitter molasses. Hint of coconut. Quite well made!

• The Hyper Dog (BA in Elijah Craig Bourbon barrels)- 13.0% - Smooth and viscous with a sweet coconut flavor.

• Baltic Porter Day 2002 - 10.00% - Smooth, rich and medium bodied with hints of cocoa and cinnamon.
• CocoBanger - 12.50% - Slightly boozy, fully tropical with a sweet coconut finish. Damn so smooth!

• COLOSSAL TWO (smoked imperial porter) - 9.0% - Let's call this bacon beer.

• Apple Brandy Barrel Noir - 12.0% - Smooth and rich and slightly sweet from the apple brandy, but with a bitter aftertaste.
• Basic Becky - 11.0% - Nice stout that isn't too sweet with a nice yammy flavor and fall spices.
• Birthday Bomb (2015)- 13.0% - Strong coffee flavor in this stout, but not bitter. Wow, a great substitute for Starbucks.
• Barrel Aged Christmas Bomb (2017)- 13.0% - This is possibly the smoothest beer I have ever has. Hints of vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, and wow.
• Christmas Bomb (2015)- 11.0% - Smooth....nice spices.... quite tasty and a well made product.
• Deconstructed Bomb! Chili Peppers - 13.0% - Smooth and rich with heat on the tail.
• Deconstructed Bomb! Coffee - 13.0% - Thick and rich and smooth with a hint of white coffee
• Deconstructed Bomb! Vanilla - 13.0% - Vanilla nose. Smooth sweet vanilla goodness in a perfect stout.
• Coffee Noir - 11.0% - Smooth with a strong coffee flavor and quite creamy. No boozy taste, and quite viscous.
• Limo Tint - 5.65% - Smooth coffee goodness.
• Okie - 12.0% - Smooth and oaky, but not really a whiskey taste. Mellow in taste, yet complex with a sweet finish.
• Pirate Bomb (2015)- 14.0% - Smooth and rich. Slight barrel aging and sweetness from the rum barrels.
• Screenshot - 11.0% - Nutty nose. Smooth, creamy peanuty stout. More later he peanuts than peanut butter if that makes sense.
• Vanilla Noir - 11.5% - Smooth and semi bitter with a sweeter vanilla finish.
• Weekend - 13.3% - Marshmallow nose. Very thick and tastes like the marshmallows in Lucky Charms cereal.
• You Gotta Horchata - 10.8% - Heavy hand of cinnamon for both nose and palate and slightly sweet(ish). Smooth with a slight bitter finish.

• Karass (coconut) Porter

• Deth's Tar - 14.8% - Rich and thick. Smooth and full of flavor with a bitter finish.
• Deth By Currants - 13.6% - Rich and viscous with the currant in the finish.
• Ten Year Beer - 13.6% - Smooth and slightly sweet from the cherries. NOT boozy at all. Scary.
• The Welcome Solicitor - 8.00% - Heavy of the bitter cocoa (not chocolate) and mild mint to make a liquid girlscout Thin Mint cookie.
• Cuvee De Grace - 14.6% - Smooth and slightly sweet but no particular taste.

• Querkus Smoked Oaked Porter - 5.8% - Extremely smooth but only hints of smoke. I don't really taste the oak, but perhaps that is what gives it the smoothness.

• Rodenbach Grand Cru - 6.0% - Sour cherries.

• S'more Porter - 6.20% - Smooth and does taste like a liquid smores....not too sweet either!

• Mexican-Style Chocolate Stout - 6.20% - Smooooth with lots of cinnamon.

• Grapefruit - 2.5% - Grapefruit goodness.

• Hazelnut Porter - 5.60%

• King of Prussia - 8.90% - Roasty with black coffee. Smooth. I want to say it is bitter, but it is not. It is an almost perfect coffee stout. Seriously good.

• Trip In the Woods: Barrel Aged Narwhal w/ Currants - 9.8% - Smooth with a nice barrel aging and a sweet finish.

• Elijah Craig Barrel Aged Eric Sour Stout - 6.0% - Smooth and aged in wine barrels and only slightly tart wit a fruity aftertaste. Yum!
• Heavy Boots of Lead Imperial Stout - 11.2% - Smooth and chocolaty.

• Smoke Signals - 4.4% - Slightly bitter but very crisp and smokey.

• Framboise (Cask)

• Smuttlabs: The Stallion - 11.0% - Wow....wild molasses flavor, without the bitterness. Lots of flavor.

• Zonker Stout - 6.0% - Tastes like peanut butter to me. Yum!!

• Samoa This - 10.0% - Smooth and rich with coconut and chocolate and caramel like a Samoa girl scout cookie, but (to me) with a minty undertone.
• White Chocoate Raspberry - 10.0% - Smooth and a huge amount of raspberry. Sweet on the start and dry on the finish.

• St. Benedict's Winter Ale - 6.2% - Very smooth with winter spice.

• árcáná (collab. with Hof Ten)- 6.5% - Slightly smoky, mostly delicious.

• Ichtegem's Grand Cru - 6.5% - Sweet and oaky.

• Bourbon Barrel Aged Export Stout - 8.1% - Smooth with heavy bourbon which is more mild than overpowering.

• Take Precaution - 11.0% - Rich and very smooth and just a well made beer.

• Irish Setter w/ Cherry [cask] - 6.5% - Smooth with an almost oatmeal taste.
• Labrador Lager - 6.0% - Caramel flavor.
• Wulver - 12.0% - Smooth and slightly sweet with a mellow bourbon taste.

• Voluntary Exile Baltic Porter - 8.5%

• Maris Goes to Oceanside (Coffee) - 11.00% - More like raisins and plums than coffee but quite delicious. A bit sweet.

• Liquorice Confidence - 14.0% - Smooth with a strong liqorice taste and slight spice to the back of the throat.
• Jule Maelk Cognac Edition - 15.0% - Thick, rich, hint of cognac. ..well more than a hint. Very smooth.

• Aloha Traveler - 4.4% - Slightly heavy like a witbier, but a nice pineapple flavor.
• Grapefruit Shandy - 4.4% - Very refreshing and not too sweet.
• Jack-O Traveler - 4.4% - Nice pumpkin flavor.

• La Fiancée Pinot Noir - 8.0% - Smooth and oaky.... yummy

• Porter Baltique - 10.0% - Smooth, rich, slightly sweet, wow....
• Porter Baltique Edition Speciale 2017 - 10.5% - Sweet and smooth with coconut and raisins.

• Northwind Imperial Stout - 11.5% - smokey flavor

• Monk's Café - 5.5% - Smooth sour beer.

• Bourbon Curse of Satisfaction (2020) - 13.50% - Wow... smooth with hints of caramel, cinnamon and cocoa like a Samoa cookie. This is quite thick and rich.

• Kirsch Gose - 4.7% - Tart cherry taste, but not too sour.

• Viceroy - 16.3% - Sweet nose. Rich, but not too thick. Smooth and creamy with nice BBA but not hot.

• 5th Anniversary Chocolate Raspberry Imperial Stout - 10.0% - Very smooth and slightly sweet. If you can imagine a chocolate jelly ring infused beer, this would be it.
• 7th Anniversary Chocolate & Sea Salt Imperial Stout - 10.0% - Wow...the most accurate description I can give is that it tastes like Cocoa Puffs, albeit a bit thin.
• Mexican Coffee Cake - 10.5% - Smooth and rich, yet medium bodied. Tastes exactly like a coffee cake. Not too sweet either as the bitter coffee balances it nicely.
• OFYMD - 12.8% - Rich, full flavored, smooth coconut...hints of pineapple....all in one stout.

• Sunday Morning Stout - 11.3% - Strong and rich with LOTS of smooth coffee flavor.

• Oatmeal Stout - 5.4% - Smooth from the oatmeal, and rich from the stoutiness.

• Obsidius (2021) - 12.5% - Thick and rich with hints of coconut and chocolate.

• Heavy Black Monday - 13.00% - Thick and rich and creamy with lots of chocolate and oatmeal.
