- Chunky - 12.0% - Smooth with hints of peanut butter while still letting the stout prevail.
- Chunky & Jelly (2016) - 10.0% - Wow...it tastes like I dipped my pb+j sandwich into a stout. Yum!

- Benevolence - 12.60% - Strong nose of raisins. Thick, slightly sour and heavy raisin and plum notes.

- Kriek 100% Lambic - 5.0% - Sour from the cassis or cherries.
- Saint Lamvinus (2014) - 5.0% - Just like an aged grape juice.
- Lou Pepe Framboise (2011) - 5.0% - Sour and VERY smooth. I taste berries, but dont actually taste the raspberries.

- Pastry Dreams - 8.5% - Thin and a hint of sweet cherry, which is odd as I don't see cherry listed. It is not overly sweet.

- Headless Heron (2015) - 9.00% - Smooth and rich, but I don't actually taste pumpkin, but rather hints of coconut and mint (like a peppermint patty).
- Headless Heron (2016) - 8.50% - Quite smooth and tasty. To me, it tastes like a cross between yams and coconut.
- Rye Barrel Chocolate Porter (2019) - 12.0% - Think a roasty version of Nestle Qwik. This is not boozy not sweet. A slight bitter finish to balance it out.

- Big Ass Money Stout 2 - 16.0% - Wow....smooth, viscous, rich, with a nice oatmeal finish. I don't taste money or hops, or any booze for that matter.
- Chocolate Raspberry Sacher - 12.0% - Not sweet with nice chocolate and raspberries.
- Cookies 'N Cream 'N Chocolate 'N Cookies - 12.0% - Chocolate nose. Smooth and easy drinking as it tastes like a melting ice cream sandwich.
- Cookies 'N Cream 'N Pumpkin Spice 'N Cappuccino - 12.0% - Sweet black coffee with pumpkin spice.
- Cuvee de Candy Bar - 13.0% - Smooth and creamy with hints of chocolate, peanut butter, and something starchy like cookies or cake. Slight bitterness balances it all out.
- Cuvee de Candy Bar (Royal Treatment) - 13.0% - Tastes like a liquified candy bar. Rich, smooth, sweet, chocolatey.
- Do You Like Coco Or Nutsack - 12.5% - Smooth and sweet with cocoa and heavy coconut. I'm drinking a Mounds bar.
- ET Stay(ED) Home 3 - Royal Treatment - 7.0% - Thick and fruity and doesn't even taste like a beer. I taste mango, lot of it and a hint of cherry.
- ET Stay(ED) Home 12 - Royal Treatment - 6.0% - Tart cherry and raspberry. Think jam.
- ET Stay(ED) Home 19 - 7.2% - Kinda subtle. Tastes like a Jamba juice with guava and pineapple and mango on the finish.
- ET Stay(ED) Home 20 - 7.2% - Tart raspberry jam with plums. Seriously dangerous as you can't taste the alcohol and it is good enough to put on vanilla ice cream.
- Even More Candy Bars Edition 3 (M&Ms) - 14.0% - Smooth, medium bodied and not really boozy. Sweet start to a slightly bitter finish with hints of chocolate.
- Even More Candy Bars Edition 4 (Kit Kat) - 14.4% - Where to begin. This is a liquified KitKat being creamy and chocolatey and malty. Holy shitballs it is good! Not too sweet ironically.
- Even More Grasp - 17.0% - Thick and rich and chocolatey and full of coffee.
- Exotic Banana Cinna'buns - 12.0% - This does not taste like 12% and is quite easy drinking. A bit thin with medium banana and light cinnamon. Think banana pancakes with cinnamon in the batter.
- Gingerbread Stout - 12.0% - Smooth and creamy with enough gingerbread to taste it, but doesn't overpower the stout.
- The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 3 - Released 12/17/20 - 14.0% - Wow...another Fuckballs beer. Thick and rich with lots of cinnamon and coconut. This is a truly awesome beer that is incredibly smooth!
- The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 4 - Released 01/07/21 - 13.0% - Thick and heavy prune with nice BA to make it smooth and spirity.
- The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 8 - Released 02/15/21 - 13.5% - Thick, rich and full of vanilla, molasses and coconut.
- The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 14 - Released 04/08/21 - 14.0% - Thick and rich and smooth with heavy cinnamon. Like a churro, but richer and cocoa on the finish.
- The Great Northern Barrel Aged Series 15 - Released 04/08/21 - 14.0% - Thick and rich and very smooth with a hint of bananas and a heavy pour of cinnamon.
- Imperial Biscotti Break - 11.5% - The name says it all. Nice dessert beer.
- Imperial Biscotti Break Raspberry Umami - 11.5% - So smooth...nice raspberry start with a slight bitter finish.
- Imperial Biscotti Break Bourbon Maple Syrup Barrel Aged - 11.5% - Wow...semisweet, thick, rich, hint of maple syrup, hint of chocolate.
- Imperial Donut Break - 11.5% - TSmooth, and not uber sweet as i was expecting.....I'm not sure if there are donuts in it, but I uses it as my dessert nightcap. YUM!
- Michigan Maple Jesus - 12.0% - Seriously good. If you like any of the stouts from ET, this is still highly rich, with a nice maple finish, but not overly sweet.
- Sey Even More - 9.5% - A bit thin, but nice black coffee stout.
- WILD BANANA SPLIT STOUT - 12.5% - Another fuckballs beer. This tastes exactly like a chocolate covered banana. No booziness and quite smooth, rich and creamy.
- Wild Chocolate-Hazelnut Banana Split Spread - 11.9% - A chocolate covered banana with a little Nutella. Not very sweet and actually tastes quite natural.

- Fantôe Grimm - 8.0% - Smooth and sweet with an almost honey like aftertaste.

- Bourbon County Midnight Orange Stout (2018) - 15.2% - Remember those cheese chocolate oranges around the holiday...yeah, add booze to it and this is its child.
- Bourbon County Mon Cheri Stout (2019) - 14.1% - Rich with a hint of cherry to balance the bourbon.
- Bourbon County Northwoods Stout (2017) - 13.2% - Smooth with a hint of blueberry. Quite rich and thick.

- Bourbon County Stout (2013) - 14.2% - VERY smooth with a distinct taste of bourbon. Don't be fooled, a 12oz bottle is TOO much as it is very rich.

- Waffling - 14.0% - A bit thin, but the flavor is all there. Slightly sweet start, with walnuts and maple, and a bitter finish.

- Birthday Bomb (2015)- 13.0% - Strong coffee flavor in this stout, but not bitter. Wow, a great substitute for Starbucks.
- Barrel Aged Christmas Bomb (2017)- 13.0% - This is possibly the smoothest beer I have ever has. Hints of vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, and wow.
- Christmas Bomb (2015)- 11.0% - Smooth....nice spices.... quite tasty and a well made product.
- Deconstructed Bomb! Chili Peppers - 13.0% - Smooth and rich with heat on the tail.
- Deconstructed Bomb! Coffee - 13.0% - Thick and rich and smooth with a hint of white coffee
- Deconstructed Bomb! Vanilla - 13.0% - Vanilla nose. Smooth sweet vanilla goodness in a perfect stout.
- Coffee Noir - 11.0% - Smooth with a strong coffee flavor and quite creamy. No boozy taste, and quite viscous.
- Limo Tint - 5.65% - Smooth coffee goodness.
- Okie - 12.0% - Smooth and oaky, but not really a whiskey taste. Mellow in taste, yet complex with a sweet finish.
- Pirate Bomb (2015)- 14.0% - Smooth and rich. Slight barrel aging and sweetness from the rum barrels.
- Screenshot - 11.0% - Nutty nose. Smooth, creamy peanuty stout. More later he peanuts than peanut butter if that makes sense.
- Vanilla Noir - 11.5% - Smooth and semi bitter with a sweeter vanilla finish.
- Weekend - 13.3% - Marshmallow nose. Very thick and tastes like the marshmallows in Lucky Charms cereal.
- You Gotta Horchata - 10.8% - Heavy hand of cinnamon for both nose and palate and slightly sweet(ish). Smooth with a slight bitter finish.

- 7th Anniversary Chocolate & Sea Salt Imperial Stout - 10.0% - Wow...the most accurate description I can give is that it tastes like Cocoa Puffs, albeit a bit thin.
- Mexican Coffee Cake - 10.5% - Smooth and rich, yet medium bodied. Tastes exactly like a coffee cake. Not too sweet either as the bitter coffee balances it nicely.
- OFYMD - 12.8% - Rich, full flavored, smooth coconut...hints of pineapple....all in one stout.
